[Remote] GTM Automation Specialist (Outbound & GHL) (Nigeria &Kenya)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Hackers is seeking a full-time GTM Automation Specialist to manage the outbound process for clients. The role involves driving qualified meetings by executing strategic outbound work, utilizing data enrichment tools, and optimizing campaigns for better performance.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Drive qualified meetings booked for clients by executing strategic outbound work
ā¢ Use data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay) to pull and qualify lead data
ā¢ Follow SOPs to collect, clean, and organize data before exporting
ā¢ Upload enriched leads into outreach platforms such as Instantly or Heyreach
ā¢ Write compelling outbound copy and sets up sequences independently
ā¢ Build, launch, and monitor outbound campaigns
ā¢ Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize outreach for higher replies and bookings
ā¢ Post jobs on job boards and export candidates into sequences
ā¢ Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) setups and automations for capture, tagging, and routing
ā¢ Support client calls to go over campaign performance, strategy, and improvements
ā¢ Report accurately on KPI performance and work to improve results
ā¢ Create process documentation, SOPs, and Loom videos for internal scaling
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)
ā¢ Comfortable with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
ā¢ Experience building and launching outbound sequences
ā¢ Excellent written English (copy creation for outbound)
ā¢ Ability to follow SOPs precisely and iterate when needed
ā¢ Client-facing experience or strong customer support background
ā¢ Excellent verbal communication
ā¢ High attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
ā¢ Startup experience strongly preferred
ā¢ Experience 'vibe coding' or creating no-code automations
ā¢ Prior SOP creation and training documentation experience
ā¢ Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
ā¢ Strong understanding of outbound metrics & optimization
