They are seeking a Growth Specialist & Partner Coach to collaborate with schools and educational organizations to strengthen leadership, improve instructional quality, and implement innovative strategies that elevate student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance instructional practices, student engagement, and academic performance
• Guide school leaders and educators through coaching, professional development, and strategic planning to enhance their effectiveness
• Develop and lead virtual and in-person professional development sessions that empower educators and drive institutional success
• Build strong relationships with educational stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
• Leverage data-driven strategies to evaluate educational effectiveness, refine teaching methodologies, and improve student outcomes
Skills
• 10+ years of experience in education, business growth, school leadership, or strategic consulting
• Ability to implement impactful strategies that improve performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS platforms) to support remote learning and professional development
• Ability to engage diverse teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster collaboration at all levels
