They are seeking a Growth Product Manager who will be responsible for optimizing patient conversion through the funnel by collaborating with various teams to design and analyze experiments aimed at enhancing overall funnel efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn conversion optimization across key funnel surfaces, including paid and organic landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit touchpointsOwn funnel-level qualitative research by recruiting and interviewing patients, synthesizing insights into testable hypotheses, and ensuring learnings are shared across the teamCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Design to align experimentation with broader company goalsMaintain a prioritized CRO backlog tied to business outcomes, not idea volumePartner closely with channel managers (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure message alignment across the entire funnelBuild and ship experiments directly in WebflowDesign, launch, and analyze experiments in StatsigTranslate experiment results into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholdersStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in the CRO space. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the patient and advocate experience through innovative strategies and technologyHelp evolve Solace’s experimentation culture by improving frameworks, documentation, and decision-making standardsSkills3–4 years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in a lead-gen or sales-assisted funnelExperience collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., product, design, analytics) to deliver seamless, high-impact testsAbility to uncover patient needs through qualitative research and turn those insights into experiments that improve the patient journeyProficiency in data interpretation, reporting, and optimization; comfortable using dashboards or pulling reports to drive insightsStrong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical significanceProficiency in Webflow, with the ability to independently build and iterateFamiliarity with experimentation tools such as Statsig (or similar)Comfort collaborating in design tools like FigmaStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tests simultaneouslyA bias for action β€” you move fast, make sound decisions, and thrive under tight timelinesApplicants must be based in the United StatesCompany OverviewSolace connects patients with professional healthcare advocates that supports them through complex medical journeys.
