[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

The role involves owning the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs, collaborating cross-functionally to build effective marketing campaigns, and optimizing lead conversion metrics.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end demand generation campaigns – from planning and segmentation through execution, follow-up, and performance reportingServe as the primary executor and best-practices champion for Pardot, including emails, landing pages, forms, smart lists, lead nurturing, and list managementPartner directly with the CMO and VP, Growth Marketing to translate business priorities into marketing automation strategyTrack and optimize lead conversion across the full funnel – from MQL through Closed/Won – identifying drop-off points and driving improvementsCollaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to build and maintain a high-impact campaign calendarBuild and deliver regular performance reports that tie marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes, driving smarter resource allocation over timeWork supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company ValuesResponsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policiesReview and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgementsAdditional duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relate field, or equivalent professional experience required5+ years of B2B or growth marketing experience, with a strong foundation in demand generation strategy and execution3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpotDeep familiarity with marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle management, and MQL-to-opportunity conversion processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve funnel performance at every stageHighly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detailA natural collaborator who builds effective relationships across Sales, Sales Operations, and regional and global Marketing teamsMust be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipBenefitsIndividuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization.Comprehensive healthcare plan optionsRetirement plan with company matchLife, other supplemental insurancesPaid time off and company holidaysNew Parent LeaveWellness programsCompany Overview11:11 Systems is creating a new model delivering the power of "Everything Connected" in connectivity, cloud, and security solutions.
