Blue Gems ABA is seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Growth Marketing Manager to oversee and improve the performance of their digital marketing channels, website, and acquisition funnels. The role involves coordinating across various marketing disciplines to drive measurable growth in client acquisition and recruitment.ResponsibilitiesOversee digital marketing performance across PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, website, and local searchDevelop and optimize acquisition funnels for prospective clients and recruitment candidatesManage and improve website performance, structure, user experience, and conversion pathsUpdate and optimize website and landing-page content as business needs changeWork directly with web developers, UX professionals, graphic designers, and content teams to implement website improvementsEnsure web pages are clear, accurate, mobile-friendly, properly structured, and designed to convertUnderstand SEO fundamentals and work with SEO partners to improve technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and organic visibilityReview page titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure, content, and location-page optimizationCreate, update, and improve landing pages for paid campaigns, local markets, services, and recruitmentLead CRO initiatives, including A/B testing of headlines, calls to action, page layouts, forms, imagery, messaging, and user flowsDevelop clear testing plans and use performance data to determine which changes should be implementedMonitor PPC and paid social performance and hold agencies or internal teams accountable to agreed-upon KPIsManage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple Blue Gems locationsCoordinate email nurture campaigns and automated follow-up sequencesImprove tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting across marketing channelsTranslate marketing data into clear recommendations and action itemsCreate weekly priorities and coordinate deliverables across multiple vendors and team membersIdentify and implement new marketing technologies, website tools, and automation opportunitiesReport regularly to the CMO on performance, testing, challenges, and opportunitiesSkillsExperience managing performance or growth marketing across multiple digital channelsStrong understanding of PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, CRO, and lead-generation funnelsExperience managing or improving websites and landing pagesAbility to work directly with web developers, designers, UX professionals, and content teamsUnderstanding of website structure, mobile usability, page speed, conversion paths, forms, and calls to actionWorking knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEOExperience updating web pages, directing website changes, and managing website improvement projectsExperience creating and running A/B testsAbility to analyze landing-page and website performance and recommend specific improvementsStrong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, conversion tracking, attribution, and reportingExperience developing dashboards and monitoring performance against KPIsAbility to manage agencies, vendors, and multiple ongoing projectsStrong project management, communication, and organizational skillsComfortable being both strategic and hands-on when neededHealthcare, behavioral health, ABA, multi-location, or service-based marketing experienceBenefitsPerformance-based bonuses may be available based on established KPIs and growth targets.The role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position as Blue Gems continues to grow.Company OverviewBlue Gems ABA Therapy is a behavioral healthcare organization committed to delivering high quality, ethical, and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism and developmental differences.
