[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager | $25/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is a company focused on community-led growth, and they are seeking a Community Analyst to enhance their Slack community and drive engagement. The role involves scaling community initiatives, managing content creators, and launching affiliate programs to achieve measurable growth.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Own and scale the Slack community into a high-signal hub for builders, researchers, and operators
ā¢ Architect engagement loops to increase retention, depth of conversation, and repeat participation
ā¢ Source and manage UGC creators to produce AI-native video, short-form content, and performance-ready creative assets
ā¢ Launch and scale an affiliate and referral engine across agencies, recruiters, universities, professors, tutors, job boards, and influencers
ā¢ Run outbound partnership sprints ā identify targets, pitch, close, and activate partnerships
ā¢ Convert community engagement into measurable top-of-funnel growth, attribution, and revenue impact
ā¢ Track engagement, conversion metrics, CAC signals, and partner performance; iterate weekly
ā¢ Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to align narrative, positioning, and growth experiments
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience operating within community-led growth and digital ecosystems
ā¢ Experience building and scaling affiliate or referral programs
ā¢ Strong instinct for content that drives engagement and distribution
ā¢ Experience managing creators, influencers, and UGC pipelines
ā¢ Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ High-ownership, low-ego, fast-execution mindset
ā¢ Ability to run multiple growth experiments simultaneously
ā¢ Experience in robotics, AI, or STEM ecosystems
ā¢ Slack-native community building expertise
ā¢ Demonstrated history of turning community initiatives into measurable revenue impact
