Eagleview is seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Lead to drive pipeline growth and optimize performance across the funnel. This role involves planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives while analyzing performance and collaborating with various teams to deliver effective campaigns that drive measurable growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SEO, events, webinars, ABM) to drive pipeline and revenueAnalyze performance and continuously improve conversion across the funnelCreate and manage campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materialsWrite clear, conversion-focused copy for campaigns and partner communicationsPartner with sales on targeting, lead quality, and pipeline goalsSupport National Accounts and co-marketing initiatives with partnersCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact programsConduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and messaging developmentAssist in identifying target audiences and developing relevant messagingSupport surveys or feedback initiatives to better understand customer needs and behaviorsSupport documentation and organization of marketing activities and processesSkills5+ years in demand gen, growth, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)Proven ability to drive pipeline through multi-channel campaignsStrong copywriting and content creation skillsMust be proficient in using AI toolsAnalytical mindset with experience in tools like Salesforce, GA, and marketing automation platformsExperience with ABM is a plusProficiency with AI toolsStrong collaboration and project management skillsOther duties as assignedSaaS or tech experienceKnowledge of the construction industryFamiliarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads)Understanding of attribution and funnel optimizationBenefitsBonus eligibleFull-time, remote roleCompany OverviewEagleview is a leading provider of aerial imagery, property insights and software that transforms the way people work.
