They are seeking a Growth Leader who will guide client partners through coaching sessions to enhance business outcomes and foster authentic growth within the organization.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate 1:1 and small group growth sessions that deliver clarity, value, and actionable next stepsDrive client partner outcomes by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating measurable winsProvide program and product feedback to improve PSBLTY offerings and client experiencesEnsure deliverable quality and timeliness, reviewing work outputs and keeping commitments on scope and deadlinesConduct session prep and follow-up to reinforce accountability and maximize impactSupport client partner retention through proactive relationship-building and high-value interactionsIdentify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, upgrade, and renewal opportunities aligned with client goalsBuild trust that leads to referrals through consistent results and world-class serviceContinuously refine growth playbooks, scripts, and approaches to meet the needs of diverse client partnersParticipate in internal team meetings, retrospectives, and leadership syncs to improve collaboration and deliveryChampion our brand and culture.
