This hands-on role involves launching and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns, building AI-powered workflows, and analyzing funnel performance to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesLaunch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels — hands-on, no handoffsBuild AI-powered workflows that replace manual work: copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, reportingGenerate pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM approach) — from signal to sequence, fastExperiment with new growth channels; kill what doesn't work, scale what doesUse AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads before they hit salesAnalyze funnel performance, surface insights, and act on them without waiting to be askedSkillsYou use AI tools every day — not to experiment, but to actually do the job: write copy, build workflows, research, analyze5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand gen marketingYou've launched and optimized paid campaigns yourself (not just managed agencies)Strong analytical skills — comfortable with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboardsB2B SaaS experienceAdvanced English (written and spoken)Experience with programmatic / ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)Prior team or project management experience — you know how to coordinate, even if that's not your main job hereHands-on with Clay, n8n, Make, Apollo, or similar automation/enrichment toolsBasic scripting (Python, SQL) — enough to pull data or automate a taskFamiliarity with the MarTech/analytics spaceBenefitsRemote-first environmentStrong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises20 working days of PTO per yearUS holidays and additional days offProfessional development reimbursementCompany OverviewImprovado is an advanced marketing analytics tool for data-driven marketing teams functioning within major companies.
