As a Growth Coach for Executives, you will guide senior leaders to achieve their personal and professional best by conducting virtual coaching sessions and creating tailored growth plans.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct confidential, one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
ā¢ Assess client needs and co-create tailored growth plans
ā¢ Deliver actionable feedback and challenge clients constructively
ā¢ Track progress against goals and adjust approaches as necessary
ā¢ Support a diverse range of leaders across industries
Skills
ā¢ Minimum 5 years' experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
ā¢ Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
ā¢ Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree required
ā¢ Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
ā¢ Master's degree or MBA
