The Growth and Revenue Marketing Manager is responsible for optimizing lead management processes, executing campaigns, and collaborating with sales to ensure high-quality opportunities are created.ResponsibilitiesOwn performance across the full funnelTurn leads into pipeline by improving segmentation, routing, and follow-up strategyIdentify where conversion is breaking down and implement solutions to improve resultsPartner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, follow-up effectiveness, and opportunity creationEstablish and refine SLAs across Marketing and Sales to keep the pipeline movingUse data and performance insights to continuously improve conversion and pipeline velocityPlan and execute integrated campaigns across channels that drive qualified pipeline that results in sales opportunitiesManage and optimize paid channels with a focus on pipeline impact and cost efficiencyImprove website conversion performance across key propertiesTest messaging, offers, and campaign strategies to improve resultsOwn and manage the webinar program end-to-end as a primary driver of pipelineDevelop topics aligned to buyer needs, sales priorities, and revenue goalsDrive registration, attendance, and post-event conversion to SALs and OpportunitiesPartner with Sales to ensure follow-up is timely, relevant, and effectiveRepurpose webinar content into campaigns, sales enablement materials, and digital assetsExecute strategies that improve visibility and recommendations within AI-driven search and discovery (LLMs, AI Overviews)Optimize content and digital presence to ensure the company is accurately represented by AI toolsMonitor trends in AI-driven traffic and adapt tactics as the landscape evolvesCollaborate across content and campaigns to improve discoverability in AI-powered experiencesOwn pipeline contribution and conversion performance of the outsourced BDR teamServe as the primary point of contact, managing vendor priorities and performanceEnsure SLAs are met for quality and consistency of lead follow-upWork with the outsourced team to improve sequences, messaging, and follow-up strategy to increase conversion to SALs and OpportunitiesOwn HubSpot execution for campaigns, workflows, lead routing, and reportingEnsure accurate attribution of leads, pipeline, and revenue across campaigns and channelsManage timely lead routing and follow-up through well-defined workflows and automationMaintain clean, accurate data aligned with Sales systemsBuild lead scoring based on conversion and intentTrack funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROIDevelop reporting and dashboards to guide decision-making and optimizationSkillsStrong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization and campaign performance analysisAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong communication, organization, and project management skillsMulti-tasking is essential, with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlinesMust be a team player willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in when urgent projects require an 'all-hands' approachMetrics-driven, with proven experience driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomesBS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required4-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
