[Remote] Growth Analyst, Offline Media

The Growth Analyst for Offline Media will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing brand-building strategies across various offline media channels, working closely with senior leaders to enhance campaign performance.ResponsibilitiesExecute day-to-day campaign management across CookUnity's offline media channels including Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Radio, Streaming Audio, and PodcastsSupport media planning, budget allocation, and pacing oversight; monitoring performance daily and flagging risks or opportunities to senior leadershipOwn campaign trafficking, creative asset management, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns launch correctly and run smoothlyBuild and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics (impressions, CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, brand lift) with accuracy and clarityExecute structured testing plans developed by senior team members from creative rotation to daypart optimization to audience targeting experimentsCollaborate with agency partners on campaign setup, optimization requests, and performance reportingSupport development of media recommendations by conducting competitive analysis, audience research, and channel performance deep-divesHelp build measurement frameworks by pulling data, reconciling discrepancies, and contributing to weekly/monthly reporting cyclesStay current on offline media industry trends, platform updates, and emerging channels bringing fresh ideas and learning opportunities to the teamWork cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and other channel teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate trackingSkills2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles ideally with some exposure to offline channels (TV, CTV, Audio, Podcasts)Advanced English skillsAnalytical foundation with strong Excel skills and comfort working with data you can build clean dashboards, spot trends, and diagnose performance issuesDemonstrated interest in media measurement and attribution you may not have deep MMM experience yet, but you're eager to learn how brand campaigns drive business outcomesDetail-oriented and organized you manage multiple campaigns and vendors without dropping threads, and you proactively flag issues before they become problemsComfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments you thrive when given ownership of discrete projects and can figure things out independentlyStrong communication skills you can synthesize complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersIntellectually curious and commercially minded you want to understand not just what happened, but why it happened and what to do nextBenefitsGet paid in USDWork remotely: design the life that you wantEnjoy 15 days of vacation each year from the start date16 fully paid Argentinean holidaysHealthcare Benefit: Monthly stipend to use in your preferred healthcare provider5- year Sabbatical: After 5 years with CookUnity, you get a 4-week paid sabbaticalPaid Family leaveCompassionate Leave: 3-5 days each time the need arisesCustomize the benefits that suit your needs!
