They are seeking a Growth Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, focusing on expanding client relationships through cross-selling and upselling. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and will work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.ResponsibilitiesFull Cycle Management: Own and manage the full sales cycle with current ClickUp Customers—building pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals - cross-selling, upselling, and expanding ClickUp’s footprint within current customer organizationsTarget Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and demo requests into paid customersProduct Mastery: Become an expert on the ClickUp platform to confidently field customer service and product questionsPresentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos via online web conferencing toolsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journeyStrategic Sourcing: Identify new customer segments and uncover opportunities to improve pipeline quality through proactive prospecting and account expansionSkills2+ years of relevant full sales cycle experience, with an emphasis on expansion - cross-selling, upselling, and expanding current business (preferably in a high-velocity SaaS environment)Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotasStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpotYou are a 'solution seller' by nature—genuinely curious, a good listener, and highly accountableExperience with project management software or productivity toolsExposure to e-commerce signup flows or field salesCompany OverviewClickUp is a cloud-based productivity and project management software company that provides an all-in-one platforms for task management.
