[Remote] Group Product Manager, Data & Analytics

As the Group Product Manager for Data & Analytics, you will own the strategy and execution of data and analytics capabilities, helping healthcare organizations unlock the full value of their data to improve care quality and reduce costs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a strategic roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the 1upHealth platformTranslate company and customer priorities into actionable product requirements and delivery plansManage the product lifecycle from planning and design through development, launch, and ongoing optimizationDefine and track KPIs to measure product success and impact, using results to inform ongoing prioritization and improvementsConduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and value creationPartner closely with engineering to deliver scalable and high-performing data pipelines, APIs, and analytics featuresFoster collaboration between platform and product teams to build platform components that will serve the product teams’ needs and allow for efficient and speedy development of new productsCollaborate with design teams to ensure data visualization and reporting experiences are intuitive and impactfulWork with commercial, customer success, and implementation teams to gather input, validate solutions, and support adoptionEngage directly with customers to understand analytics needs, integration requirements, and data challengesLead initiatives to transform raw healthcare data (FHIR, claims, clinical, etc.) into actionable insightsEnsure all solutions meet the highest standards for compliance, security, and interoperability (FHIR, HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)Partner with internal stakeholders to embed analytics into both customer-facing products and internal performance trackingEvaluate emerging technologies, including AI and ML, for practical and impactful integration into analytics capabilitiesSkills8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years focused on data, analytics, or BI platforms, ideally in healthcare technologyProven ability to deliver data and analytics products in a SaaS environmentStrong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, claims, clinical) and interoperability frameworksExperience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology vendorsExpertise in agile methodologies, backlog management, and leading cross-functional product executionBoston-based or able to work in Eastern Time Zone hoursStrong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs to guide decision-makingFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, as well as embedded analytics solutionsExperience applying AI or ML to analytics or predictive modeling in healthcareBackground in both B2B SaaS platforms and healthcare interoperability solutionsBenefits100% Paid BCBS Medical and Dental Insurance for EmployeesVision InsuranceFlexible PTOEquity for All Employees401(k)Home Office StipendLifestyle Savings AccountParental Leave (6 weeks bonding leave for all new parents + 10 weeks for birthing parents)Company Overview1upHealth provides the healthcare industry’s most sophisticated FHIR-enabled health data platform for claims and clinical data acquisition, exchange, and compute.
