[Remote] Group Media Director, B2B

The Group Media Director will lead high-value paid media accounts, driving performance and strategy across multiple channels while managing a team of media directors and buyers to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOwn performance outcomes across a portfolio of multi-channel B2B paid media clients, ensuring delivery against KPIs including CPL, pipeline influence, MQL/SQL conversion rates and growth targetsOversee development and execution of full-funnel B2B paid media strategies across channels including Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, ABM and emerging B2B platformsEnsure consistent application of best practices in:Account structure and optimizationTesting frameworks, multi-touch attribution and incrementalityCreative and content feedback loops in partnership with Creative teamsMeasurement and reporting rigor, including account-based measurement approachesServe as the strategic escalation point for complex performance challengesAct as the senior strategic lead for key/pillar client relationshipsLead Quarterly Business Reviews, pipeline performance narratives, and forward-looking growth strategies for top priority clientsIdentify and drive account expansion opportunities, including increased media investment, ABM program maturation and channel diversificationPartner with Sales and Strategy teams to support new business pitches and growth opportunitiesBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders, confidently communicating strategy, results, and pipeline impactLead, manage, and develop a team of media leaders and practitioners, ensuring high performance and accountabilityOwn resource planning, team structure, and client allocation to ensure the right people are in the right rolesCoach and develop direct reports, including performance management, career growth, and skill developmentElevate team capabilities across:B2B platform expertiseData analysis and pipeline storytellingStrategic thinking and client communicationServe as the escalation point for team and client challengesOwn growth of managed media dollars across your portfolio through retention and expansionEnsure strategies balance performance, efficiency, and client profitabilityPartner with divisional and finance leadership to manage contribution margin, resourcing, and account healthIdentify and address risks related to performance, client satisfaction, or profitabilityEnsure all accounts meet Power Digital standards for execution, pacing, and deliverablesDrive adoption of tools, platforms, and processes that improve efficiency and B2B performanceMaintain strong operating rhythms including:Regular pipeline and performance reviewsTesting roadmaps and prioritizationClear reporting and insights deliveryEnsure SLA adherence and high-quality execution across all accountsStay current on platform updates, emerging B2B channels, and industry trendsPartner with the Head of Paid and broader leadership to test new strategies, tools, and technologies--including ABM intent data platforms and predictive lead scoringContribute to development of internal POVs, playbooks, and best practices specific to B2B paid mediaDrive adoption of advanced capabilities including automation, AI-assisted buying, and improved measurement approachesSkills8–10+ years in paid media, B2B performance marketing, or media leadership rolesProven experience managing multi-channel B2B paid media strategies across a portfolio of clientsStrong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teamsStrong understanding of full-funnel strategy, including demand generation, pipeline acceleration and measurement across long sales cyclesExperience translating platform performance into business outcomes (revenue, pipeline, LTV)Strong client-facing and communication skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience supporting new business pitches and account expansionData-driven, highly organized, and operationally strongExperience overseeing significant monthly media budgets ($200K–$1M+ per client preferred)Deep expertise across major B2B paid media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic;
