Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required for overtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grievance and appeals, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with members to address inquiries and provide information on benefit plans
Document interactions accurately and thoroughly to ensure compliance and record-keeping
Conduct research utilizing various materials and navigate multiple systems for information
Reach out to providers and members to gather necessary information and resolve issues
Write formal letter recaps and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to facilitate case resolution
Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously
Adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all documentation and communication

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Grievance and Appeals experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and writing skills
Analytical and research savvy
Strong organization and ability to multi-task
Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree
