[Remote] Graphic Designer - Digital

They are seeking a talented Digital Designer to create compelling marketing assets that drive growth and translate technology into persuasive visuals for B2B decision makers.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design everything from digital campaigns to trade show materials
ā¢ Create compelling marketing assets that drive our growth
ā¢ Translate our technology into clear, persuasive visuals for B2B decision makers
ā¢ Design email campaigns, digital ads (LinkedIn, Google Display), and social media creative
ā¢ Create website assets including landing pages, product pages, and case study layouts
ā¢ Develop lead magnets, whitepapers, ROI calculators, and downloadable resources
ā¢ Design webinar graphics and presentation materials
ā¢ Create sales collateral, product sheets, and presentation templates
ā¢ Design case study and infographics for safety statistics and ROI benefits
ā¢ Develop social media assets and video support graphics
ā¢ Create booth design concepts and trade show displays
ā¢ Develop conference materials, event swag, and print collateral
Skills
ā¢ 3-5 years digital design experience, preferably in B2B technology or industrial markets
ā¢ Strong portfolio with web-focused work (email, ads, landing pages, digital collateral)
ā¢ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and web design tools
ā¢ Understanding of responsive design and email design best practices
ā¢ Digital-first mindset with strong web and email design capabilities
ā¢ Brand consistency and data visualization skills
ā¢ Traditional design skills for trade show and print materials
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
ā¢ Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into visual solutions
ā¢ Collaborative remote worker comfortable in fast-paced startup environment
ā¢ Passionate about workplace safety and improving workers' lives
ā¢ Trade show booth design or event marketing experience
ā¢ Motion graphics and video editing capabilities (especially Davinci Resolve)
ā¢ HubSpot or marketing automation platform experience
