The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing designs for various platforms, collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life, and help evolve the company's visual identity. Responsibilities Make decks that pop. The kind people screenshot, not skim for pitches, launches, and internal storytelling Design across social, digital, experiential, product, and brand moments Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life Create work that feels modern, cultural, and intentional Develop assets that move across digital and print formats seamlessly Help build and evolve our visual identity Skills Strong visual taste. You know what's good and what's not Designing on brand. You understand identity systems and how to push them Layout, typography, color, and composition that feels considered Designing for digital-first and social-first environments Translating ideas into visuals that land Working fast without lowering the bar Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Premiere a plus Figma – Working knowledge to iterate within design files and create new assets leveraging established libraries and components Microsoft Office 365 – PowerPoint, Word, Excel You've worked in creative studios, agencies, or in-house teams You have a portfolio that shows range but also a clear point of view You're inspired by culture, not just design trends You care about the details most people miss You want to build something, not just contribute to it You stay curious.
