[Remote] Grant Writer & Funding Development Specialist

Clinical Science Research Solutions, LLC (CSRS) is a certified organization focused on expanding access to clinical research and promoting health equity. They are seeking a Grant Writer & Funding Development Specialist to research and identify grant opportunities, write and customize grant proposals, and manage a grant pipeline while collaborating with leadership and program teams.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify grant opportunitiesDevelop and manage funding pipelinesWrite and submit grant proposals, LOIs, and concept papersAssist with federal, state, foundation, and corporate grantsSupport strategic funding growth initiativesCollaborate with leadership on funding strategiesSkillsStrong grant writing and proposal development skills, including experience drafting narratives, needs statements, objectives, and outcomes for public and private fundersResearch and analytical skills for identifying grant opportunities, reviewing guidelines, and aligning funder priorities with organizational programs and initiativesExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with attention to detail, clarity, structure, and consistency across multiple documents and formatsExperience in funding development or nonprofit development, including cultivating relationships with foundations, agencies, and corporate partnersAbility to develop basic grant budgets, collaborate with leadership on financial justifications, and ensure alignment between narrative and financial documentsStrong project management and organizational skills, including managing a grant calendar, meeting deadlines, and tracking multiple concurrent submissionsProficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, shared drives, virtual meeting platforms) in a remote work environmentAbility to work independently, take initiative, and communicateMandatory Experience: NIH, NSF SBIR/STTR, HRSA, USDA, SBA, Department of Labor, and foundation grantsMandatory Experience: Healthcare, clinical research, workforce development, public health, education, or health equity fundingMandatory Experience: Strong proposal writing and project management experienceCompany Overview🚀 Advancing Clinical Research, Workforce Development & Health Equity I am the CEO of Clinical Science Research Solutions, Founder of I.A.M.
