Required Skills
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in grant accounting, ideally with consulting exposure.
Proficiency in grant management, compliance, and reporting standards.
Strong skills in financial forecasting and budgeting.
Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and offer actionable recommendations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to convey financial concepts clearly.
