They are seeking a Government Sales Consultant who will focus on growing revenue in government sales channels, particularly through Veteran Hospitals, while managing relationships and sales activities with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and grow all areas of revenue for government sales channels with a focus on Veteran Hospitals via FSS ContractsCoordinate installed sales through Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Businesses (VOSB)Travel to VA’s to meet with key people to increase Harmar sales volumeAssist Territory team selling product & warranty benefitMaintain positive sales growth for letter of supply holdersWork with dealer teams to win over dealers supporting competition as identified through FOIAMonitor FOIA data sales activity and create target accounts to course correctCreate sales training material for VA Sales TeamCreate and publish personalized newsletter to SDVOSB/ VOSBs and LOS dealers quarterlyCreate monthly account sales trending reports to manage and communicate sales activityCreate new sales tools to best communicate our market leveraging advantagesParticipate in regional and national VA shows supporting Harmar and its partnersOther duties as assignedSkillsKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systemsKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
