They are seeking a Government Account Manager responsible for the strategic management of government accounts, building relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leveraging data analytics to enhance program performance.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for federal clients and develop trusted relationships to ensure ADTRAV consistently meets contractual and program requirementsBuild and maintain relationships across federal stakeholders, including Contracting Officers (CO), Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), program managers, and agency leadershipEnsure full compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and agency-specific travel policies, including adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other applicable guidelinesMonitor and analyze client data to identify cost-saving opportunities and present compliant, data-driven recommendations aligned with contract scope and agency policiesConduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients, including performance reporting aligned to contractual KPIs and SLAsAddress client needs, concerns, and escalations promptly and efficiently within a highly regulated and high-visibility environmentDevelop and implement account strategies that support contract compliance, program performance, and long-term client satisfactionPropose program improvements based on client feedback and data analysis, ensuring all recommendations remain within contract scope and are approved through appropriate channelsAdvise on travel program optimization within agency policy constraints, regulatory requirements, and cost-containment objectivesStay current with federal travel regulations, industry trends, and government requirements to provide informed and compliant guidanceEducate clients on new solutions and services while ensuring alignment with contract terms and federal requirementsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutionsIdentify and mitigate operational, compliance, and contractual risks within assigned accountsMonitor and report on contractual goals, including SLA performance, KPI tracking, and service delivery metricsSupport contract lifecycle activities, including implementations, renewals, option years, and modificationsLead and support new account implementations and program updates in accordance with federal processesMaintain audit-ready documentation and support government audits and compliance reviewsProduce and provide reports to internal and external stakeholdersUpdate CRM with client information and other pertinent dataAssist with client technical and service issues; create Jira tickets and follow up with internal teams to ensure there is a resolution and client is satisfiedAttend client meetings, company meetings, and/or event/training seminars as neededUnderstand ADTRAV products, systems, and processes to assist clients and be able to demonstrate ADTRAV’s valueBecome an expert in ADTRAV's industry and customer base and in federal travel programs and regulationsRepresent ADTRAV by embracing the company values and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clientsAdhere to company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience preferredMinimum 3 years' experience in B2B account management, preferably supporting federal government clientsStrong understanding of federal contracting principles and compliance requirements preferredProven data analysis skills with ability to leverage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend travel program strategiesAble to manage assigned tasks and projects and meet key deadlines and deliverablesStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation skillsExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated presentation and people skills; able to engage with all levels of associates and clientsStrong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skillsExperience in the travel industry with an understanding of related technologies a plusExperience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM applicationsAble to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers/clients and work cooperativelyAbility to work remotely and meet the company home-office requirementsAble to travel as needed for client and company meetingsAble to maintain confidentiality of company and client informationAble to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background checkAble to successfully pass a government clearance process as required by clientsBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLifeDisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOCompany OverviewADTRAV combines cutting-edge technology with high-touch services to help companies travel more easily and efficiently than ever before.
