[Remote] Golf Trusted Advisor (REMOTE)

RemoteHunter is connecting exceptional candidates with leading employers, and they are seeking a Golf Trusted Advisor to provide high-quality customer service to golfers. The role involves assisting with merchandise selections and conducting virtual consultations to recommend products and equipment suited to golfers' needs. Responsibilities Conduct 45-minute virtual golf consultation appointments, reviewing assessments and recommending products and equipment suited to the golfer’s skill level Highlight new products and promotions, discuss technical club functions, and recommend accessories Share personal experience with equipment to build brand loyalty Provide session recaps and purchase suggestions post-appointment Assist golfers with order placement, order status, product inquiries, merchandise selections, services, and promotions Quickly identify golfer needs, resolve issues, and maintain brand loyalty Collaborate with in-store staff, business partners, and vendors to research and resolve complex issues Perform back-office functions including logging, tracking, and follow-up of inquiries until resolution Attend new product and service training as required Skills Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience Knowledge of golf products and active golf playing experience 1-3 years of customer service experience Excellent communication and verbal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills Strong presentation skills Benefits Generous suite of benefits compliant with state paid leave requirements.
