The role involves aggressive full-cycle recruiting, proactive outreach, and maintaining warm candidate pools across multiple regions.ResponsibilitiesAggressive full-cycle recruiting, source, screen, schedule, and drive candidates through to offer and contract across multiple roles and regions at once, at speedProactive multi-channel outreach, you donβt wait for inbound. You run massive, proactive reach-out across LinkedIn, cold channels, and beyond, building pipeline rather than depending only on available sourcing channelsAlways-ready talent pools, maintain warm, engaged pipelines of pre-qualified candidates ready to be matched the moment a need opens, so weβre never starting from zeroWarm candidate engagement, keep talent warm and relationship-managed throughout, not just transactionally processedOffers & contracts, own offer structuring and contract coordination through to signatureOnboarding handoff, manage contractual agreements and plug new hires in for onboarding with their line managers, then hand off cleanly (people-ops scope here is intentionally limited to contracts + onboarding handoff β this is not a broad HR generalist role)AI-native sourcing, you natively use AI and automation tools to source, enrich, and reach out at scale; this is core to how you work, not an add-onSkills4β5+ years in talent acquisition / talent ops at a high-growth startup or agency where you owned execution end-to-endGlobal hiring experience, you've recruited across multiple countries and regions comfortably, with no conditions or limits on the markets you'll representAI-native sourcer, you already build and use AI/automation tooling for sourcing, enrichment, and outreach.
