We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Site Administrator to support our Client Management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide online tool support, escalation assistance, and general program management, ensuring seamless connectivity between client management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for online travel program requirements and escalate issues as needed
Function as the primary liaison between client management and service delivery teams
Manage online booking tool and profile tool sites globally, ensuring seamless integration with online fulfillment operations
Analyze transaction types, fulfillment processes, and user requests to optimize online tool adoption
Develop and conduct client seminars on online tool usage and best practices
Maintain relationships with client technical contacts to resolve user issues and ensure timely resolution
Compile and release Global Monthly scorecard results and support Global Document Delivery
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry and Concur OBT
Experience with SABRE GDS, Correx, and CONNECT Portal
Extensive customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations to manage workflow and expected ETAs
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
