[Remote] Global Regulatory Compliance Project Counsel

Latitude is a full-service flexible legal talent company, and they are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Project Counsel to support the General Counsel of a major global insurance company in developing and implementing an international compliance framework for its travel insurance business. This role requires strong regulatory awareness and excellent organizational skills to manage cross-border compliance projects. Responsibilities • Support the General Counsel of a major global insurance company in developing and implementing an international compliance framework for its travel insurance business • Manage or support cross-border compliance or legal transformation projects • Coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal teams and synthesize complex laws into actionable processes Skills • 7+ years of legal/legal operations experience, preferably with in-house exposure in insurance, regulatory compliance, or global risk management. • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting cross-border compliance or legal transformation projects. • Familiarity with legal operations, technology tools, or compliance-tracking platforms. • Proven ability to coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal teams and synthesize complex laws into actionable processes. • Excellent academic credentials (from an ABA-accredited law school for attorney candidates). • Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (for attorney candidates). • Outstanding professional references.
