The Global Program Manager will lead complex, multi-country programs that support clients in managing health, security, and organizational resilience risks, ensuring high-quality outcomes in diverse environments.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and oversight for large-scale, multi-region client programs across health and security consulting domainsEnsure delivery excellence, consistency, and alignment with client objectives and contractual commitmentsEstablish and maintain robust governance frameworks, including performance metrics, reporting, and escalation pathwaysLead program mobilization, implementation, and ongoing optimizationOversee managed services engagements, ensuring delivery against agreed service levels, KPIs, and client expectationsDrive standardization and scalability of service delivery models across regionsLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client valueIntegrate digital tools and innovative delivery approaches where appropriateAct as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, including HR, Risk, Health, Security, and Executive Leadership teamsLead governance forums, including executive reviews and strategic planning sessionsProactively identify client needs and position solutions that enhance resilience and duty of care outcomesSupport retention and growth of strategic accountsMaintain accountability for program financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost managementSupport commercial activities including proposal development, pricing, and contract structuringEnsure accurate forecasting and financial reportingWork closely with medical, security, consulting, and operational teams across business lines and regionsCoordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutionsLead and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teamsIdentify and manage operational and delivery risks across programsEnsure adherence to regulatory, clinical, and organizational standardsOversee incident management and ensure appropriate escalation and resolutionContribute to the ongoing development of health and consulting solutionsCapture insights and best practices to inform continuous improvement and global standardsSupport the evolution of managed services offerings in line with client needs and market trendsSkillsSignificant experience (12+ years) in program management, consulting, or managed services within a global environmentProven track record delivering complex, multi-country programs for multinational clientsExperience in health, security, risk, or consulting-related servicesStrong understanding of managed services models, service delivery frameworks, and performance managementDemonstrated commercial acumen, including financial oversight and contract managementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadersAbility to operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural organizationFamiliarity with duty of care, workforce resilience, and risk management frameworksAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) desirableFluent in English language, both written and verbalCompany OverviewInternational SOS is the worldâs leading medical and travel security services company.
