They are seeking a Global PMO Project Management Support – Leadership Development to provide professional project management support, focusing on customer relationships and ensuring high-quality project delivery in Leadership Development.ResponsibilitiesLead one or more projects within the Global Delivery and Operations PMO portfolio which will usually be focused on Leadership Development, providing customer-facing support which may extend over several geographies and/or LHH solutionsTake ownership of the successful set-up of projects, complex stakeholder management and ensure the customer expectations, requirements, and deliverables are aligned to project delivery processes and that reporting requirements are metCollaborate with internal or Associate LHH Sales and Consultant contacts to transition the project from close into delivery, using standard LHH methodologies and documentation provided in addition to creating project-specific processes and documentationSet up detailed project governance, clearly define roles and structure to ensure effective project deliveryDefine and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and other work trackers, in addition to tracking delivery against scope and ensuring any financial reporting, monitoring or client change requests are captured and processed efficientlyCollaborate to define, write, review, and execute communications with project team, customer, and participantsControl and manage project changes (schedule, scope, expectations, cost, margin, issues, risk)Execute tasks and/or ensures project team is delivering on scheduling, logistics, product and service delivery tasks (e.g., system set up, quality assurance, collaboration with global LHH teams)Provide client-facing support to ensure customer project teams are aligned, deliverables are met, and issues are escalated and resolvedCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project delivery alignment and a seamless high-quality customer and participant experienceProject Management SupportMaintaining project documentation in set templates, preparing draft project reports and status updates for review by the project team, tracking and sharing session attendance, managing group learning invitation set up across platforms including MS Teams and ZoomTracking client delivery, ensuring all project files, documentation and materials are maintained and stored within appropriate platforms and document control processesClient Reporting, supporting Project Managers with monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting. Responsible for collating and managing client feedback data and processesProject Resourcing through liaising with the Global Resourcing teams to find the appropriate and available Facilitators, Coaches or Assessors for a projectDatabase Management, maintaining housekeeping of ORBIT, the LHH in-house delivery database, or other IT platformsParticipant Materials, the proof reading, preparation, printing (if required) and distribution of materials required for project deliveriesAdministrative tasks - there are likely to be frequent ad hoc support tasks which will vary per project and are based on experience and expertiseAssessment Services SupportLaunching psychometrics specific to client projects, storing and sharing candidate reports within data privacy guidelines, coding supplier invoices, monitoring shared inboxesScheduling and coordinating assessment debrief meetingsOwnership and delivery of small projectsWith the support, training, and guidance of a Project Manager, providing full project management to smaller value clients, from project scoping to final reporting and project close processesVirtual Workship ProducingProviding full technical producer support for client deliveries on platforms such as Zoon, Microsoft Teams, or WebExSkills3+ years of experience in a client-facing environment and excellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence others and manage internal and external stakeholder effectively and appropriatelyActive listening and questioning skills, able to understand and integrate customer perspectives and expectations into project workTech savvy with intermediate-to-expert use of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams/SharePointUniversity degree strongly preferredWritten and spoken English fluency required2 years of relevant industry experience and/or background (i.e. HR, Learning, Higher Education, Organizational Development, etc.)Project Management training and/or certifications, able to apply various methodologiesDemonstrated experience defining project-based processes which improve efficiencyBuilds effective and engaged teams, with a focus on people-first and development/coachingAble to provide direction and effective delegation and prioritization for self and project teamsVery strong detail orientation, ability to track project delivery information.
