This role is vital for executing global product initiatives, ensuring high-quality marketing materials, and delivering impactful educational programs and congresses worldwide.ResponsibilitiesEnable execution of global product strategy and commercial initiativesSupport coordination of product launches and lifecycle management activitiesPrepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial programsManage product-related documentation, samples, and field support needsCoordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing and sales enablement assets aligned with global campaignsCoordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing assets aligned with global campaignsLead the internal approval process for all assets, ensuring alignment with legal, Medical Affairs and RegulatoryEnsure strong brand consistency and compliance across regionsMaintain and organize centralized repositories of marketing collateralSupport localization and adaptation of assets for international marketsSupport delivery of international congresses and education initiativesCoordinate logistics including timelines, materials, shipping, and vendor managementEnsure booth readiness and premium brand execution across international eventsPartner with regional teams to ensure alignment with global strategyProactively identify risks and ensure seamless executionSkillsMinimum bachelor's degree in business, MarketingMinimum 2+ years of experience event planningMinimum 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing-based roleMinimum 5+ years of working with best-in-class reporting tools such as TableauMinimum 2+ years of experience working with Contact Center technologyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, listening, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsExperience with Excel, Power BIFluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred to effectively support international markets and cross-regional collaborationExperience working with Contact Center vendors preferredCompany OverviewIndotronix Avani Group is a consultancy that offers machine learning, cloud computing, software development and SaaS services.
