[Remote] Global Learning & Development Program Manager

The Global Learning & Development Program Manager will collaborate with leaders to design and facilitate effective learning programs that drive performance and engagement across the organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of leadership development programs aligned to leadership expectationsDeliver manager development experiences that support performance and engagementCreate, implement and/or support onboarding programs to help new employees ramp up effectivelySupport learning experiences that introduce practical AI applicationsCollect input and data to help identify capability gapsDesign and deliver learning experiences across leadership, business, technical, and professional skill areasFacilitate learning sessions, workshops, and cohort experiencesCoordinate with external content providers to support program deliverySupport program adoption through clear communicationTrack participation and feedback to inform program improvementsPartner with HR and business leaders to align learning programs to prioritiesSkills5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Leadership DevelopmentProven experience building and delivering leadership and/or manager development programsExperience designing and developing online learning, microlearning and other self-paced contentStrong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at onceExperience facilitating leadership sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programsAbility to partner with leaders at different levels and translate business needs into development solutionsStrong communication skills—able to create messaging that drives engagement and behavior changeExperience working with learning platforms, content providers, or LMS/LXP toolsComfortable using data and feedback to assess impact and continuously improve programsExperience working in a global environment across regionsCompany OverviewPAR Technology creates and markets products that help restaurant and retail operators.
