[Remote] Global Key Account Manager - Hyperscale Solutions

They are seeking a Global Key Account Manager for their Hyperscale Solutions segment, responsible for managing and growing relationships with global hyperscale customers and executing account plans to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day and strategic interactions with assigned global hyperscale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationshipsDevelop and execute account plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and track performance against defined KPIs and growth targetsMonitor delivery schedules, open orders, and supply chain updates, coordinating internal resolution of issues to meet customer expectationsTrack and report on customer quality, pricing, and delivery KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional responses when performance gaps are identifiedAlign internally with supply chain, logistics, product management, quality, and engineering teams to support and advance ongoing hyperscale programsLead new product introduction activities and product transitions, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigationOwn order forecasting processes and translating customer demand signals into actionable input for production and capacity planning teamsIdentify and develop new contacts, projects, and expansion opportunities within assigned hyperscale accounts to grow the scope and revenuePrepare and deliver tailored product and solution presentations and proposalsMaintain regular, proactive communication with customer teams to ensure high satisfaction and strengthen the overall relationshipDrive penetration across key customer functions including procurement, engineering, operations, sustainability, and senior leadershipShare market intelligence and strategic insights with leadership to improve commercial and product decisionsCoordinate with marketing on customer events, executive visits, and hyperscale-focused collateral and campaignsMaintain compliance with corporate procedures, ISO requirements, and documentation standards across all account activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree required, engineering, business management, marketing, or a related field preferredMinimum of 4–6 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or business development - preferably within IT infrastructure, data center, or technology sectorsProven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and drive revenue growthStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple levels of customer organizationSolid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)Global account management or cross-regional experience is a plusCompany OverviewRittal LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of Rittal GmbH & Co.
