They are seeking a senior leader to build and scale their global Sales Operations and Enablement function, responsible for optimizing sales processes and driving efficiency across regions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and scale a best-in-class global sales operations and enablement functionDefine and implement standardized processes, methodologies, and operating rhythms across regionsServe as a key strategic partner for Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal and our C – Suite teamLead the integration of newly acquired sales organizations into a unified operating modelConsolidate disparate CRM systems, tools, and processes into a cohesive structureCreate scalable frameworks for onboarding future acquisitionsOversee Salesforce strategy, architecture, and optimizationBuild robust dashboards, reporting structures, and forecasting frameworksEnsure data integrity and actionable insights across the revenue organizationDesign and implement enablement programs to improve productivity and performanceBuild and mentor a team responsible for supporting global sales executionCreate repeatable playbooks and methodologies that drive consistency and growthPartner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teamsAct as a central connector across functions to align strategy and executionInfluence and drive alignment in a highly matrixed environmentSkills10–15+ years in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement leadership rolesBackground in sales earlier in career strongly preferredDeep expertise in Salesforce (architecture, reporting, dashboards, process design)Proven experience integrating sales organizations post-acquisitionExperience leading global teams and operating across multiple regionsDemonstrated success building and scaling teams, processes, and systemsLeadership presence & credibility: brings confidence, experience, and influence with senior stakeholdersBuilder mindset: thrives in ambiguity and has a proven track record of building functions from the ground upOperator with methodology: brings structure, frameworks, and a clear point of view on 'how it should be done'Highly collaborative: able to work across diverse teams, regions, and personalitiesGlobal perspective: experience working across EMEA and APAC markets is strongly preferredCompany Overview#1 PLM, Planning, Pricing and Inventory, Market Intelligence, Visual Boards for consumer goods businesses.
