[Remote] Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

This senior leadership role involves owning global budgeting and forecasting, partnering with executive leadership for strategic insights, and building a high-performing FP&A team.ResponsibilitiesLead global financial planning activities, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans across all entities and regionsProvide strategic financial guidance to leadership through rigorous analysis of performance, trends, risks, and opportunitiesOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, KPI dashboards, and decision-support analysesInterpret financial results, identify variances, and proactively recommend corrective or growth-oriented actionsDefine, implement, and monitor standardized KPIs and reporting frameworks across the global organizationEstablish systems and processes that support consistent budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurementBuild, lead, and develop a global FP&A team, including hiring, coaching, and performance managementSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting requiredAt least six years of progressive experience in FP&A within an established global organization, ideally supporting multiple regions or international business unitsPrior people management experience requiredExpert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skillsWorking knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems such as NetSuiteProven track record of building FP&A processes, improving planning discipline, and supporting leadership decision-making in dynamic, global environmentsMBA or CPA preferred but not requiredExperience operating in small to mid-sized, multi-entity or portfolio-style organizations strongly preferredCompany OverviewElevation Capital is an early-stage venture fund backing impactful companies worldwide for profit and social good.
