They are seeking a Global Enterprise Account Executive to lead enterprise sales and revenue growth across international markets, focusing on selling their Workplace Equity suite of products to large organizations.ResponsibilitiesOwn the sales process from first qualified meeting to contract closeEngage senior stakeholders in Human Resources, Total Rewards, Compensation, and LegalDeliver strategic demos, presentations, and customized proposals aligned to complex client needsNavigate enterprise procurement, decision-making, legal review, and contract closureCollaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfactionManage and forecast a global pipeline using HubSpot CRM, Avoma, and ZoomInfoMaintain clean and up-to-date opportunity records and customer intelligenceReport on key sales metrics and contribute to revenue and market development strategySkills8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a focus on HRTech, Compensation, HCM, or AnalyticsProven success managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or global organizationsProven success selling into CHROs, Total Rewards, Compensation, and HR leadersTechnical aptitude and ability to work cross-functionally with product and implementation teamsDeep understanding of global HRIS, HCM ecosystems and compensationExcellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presenceResults-driven, highly organized, and skilled at strategic selling in a multi-stakeholder environmentCRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience with prospecting platforms like ZoomInfoBenefitsHealthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k): Eligibility after 60 days (employee contributions only)Paid Time Off: 15 days annually + flex holiday of your choiceEquity: Opportunity to own shares in Trusaic and participate in the company’s growthCompany OverviewTrusaic helps you analyze, remediate, and prevent pay inequities with the most trusted global pay equity software for enterprises.
