[Remote] Global Director, Product Solution Design

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coins.ph is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product Solution Design to lead their product design function. This role involves overseeing a team of UX/UI designers and researchers to create intuitive user experiences while collaborating with various teams to deliver user-centric solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function under Global Product teamBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, and UX WritersAdvocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across all levels of the organization including Coins Payment, Crypto Trading and other productsPartner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure holistic and cohesive product experiencesOversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UIImplement design systems, frameworks, and tools that drive consistency and efficiency at scaleChampion design thinking and research-led innovation, integrating user feedback and data into all design decisionsEnsure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for all platforms (mobile, web, etc.)Own the entire user journey and experience lifecycle, identifying pain points and opportunities for continuous improvementDevelop metrics and KPIs to measure user satisfaction, usability, and design impactDrive initiatives to improve user onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention through superior designAct as the voice of the user in strategic discussions and decision-making forumsEffectively communicate design vision, strategies, and updates to stakeholders at all levelsFoster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the design team and beyondSkills5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership or head-of-roleProven experience designing for digital products at scale (fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product designMastery of design and prototyping tools such as FigmaDeep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive designExperience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into design insightsExcellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence executive stakeholdersBackground in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research is a plusPrior experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or blockchain/crypto industriesFamiliarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is an advantageCompany OverviewCoins.ph is a crypto asset management that provides buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and various financial services.
