The role involves shaping and executing marketing strategies across a portfolio of lifestyle brands, focusing on integrated campaign development and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand health and deliver measurable results.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to help achieve brand commercial goals, including marketing partnerships, social media, influencer programs, digital, and website initiativesSupport the management of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution, helping track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across cross-functional teamsFacilitate communication across brand, creative, media, social, and agency partners to help ensure alignment, visibility, and timely execution of campaign initiativesAssist with asset trafficking and creative workflow management, helping coordinate reviews, approvals, and delivery of marketing materials across channelsSupport day-to-day project management activities, including maintaining project trackers, coordinating meetings, documenting feedback, and following up on action items to keep campaigns on scheduleManage the process between marketing and creative teams to ensure on-brand deliverables, including providing strategic feedback during creative reviewsAssist in managing photo and video shoots in support of business and marketing objectives, including coordinating timelines, facilitating asset reviews and feedback, and ensuring final creative assets align with brand standards and campaign needsMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement within a test-and-learn environment to improve return on investmentAssist in managing the development and execution of an e-learning series, helping organize and review educational content, coordinate production timelines, and support cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with brand and business objectivesSkills5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or a related fieldExperience crafting distinctive consumer campaigns with a focus on digital and social channelsExperience supporting campaign planning, workflow management, and cross-functional coordinationExperience executing marketing campaigns across digital and social platformsExperience managing complex projects, timelines, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including agency teams and enterprise partnersExperience managing photo and video shootsExperience overseeing creative asset development, review, and trafficking processes, with the ability to provide strategic creative feedbackExperience working across multiple brands within a portfolio simultaneouslyAbility to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervisionSteadfast attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellenceExcellent presentation design skills with the ability to craft visually compelling materialsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly express complex ideas, make recommendations, and summarize results and areas of opportunityProven ability to build positive relationships across a matrixed organizationDemonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception through completionHospitality or consumer goods marketing experienceKnowledge of or experience working within a franchise organizationExperience working in a large, matrixed organizationExperience working on a global brand and/or within a global companyCompany OverviewHilton is a hospitality company, owns luxury and full-service hotels and resorts, and focused-service hotels.
