[Remote] Global Benefits Consultant - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OneDigital is a company focused on helping people do their best work and live their best lives. The Global Benefits Consultant will consult with clients, engage with prospects, and support other associates while managing employee benefit programs for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serves as main day-to-day contact with client
ā¢ Works directly with client to identify needs and prioritize work
ā¢ Oversees the work of more junior consulting staff to ensure client work is performed on time and at the highest level of quality
ā¢ Actively participates in new business activity by assisting in presentations with prospects and reviewing proposals
ā¢ Mentors more junior consulting staff
ā¢ Works directly with clients and local broker partners to set up benefit programs
ā¢ Coordinates local broker renewal activity and prepares renewal reports with recommendations for clients
ā¢ Researches, drafts and presents global benefit benchmarking reports
ā¢ Creates and maintains global benefit inventories for clients
ā¢ Stays current on local employee benefits-related rules and regulations and advises clients on upcoming legislative changes
ā¢ Assists in the development of global benefit philosophies and governance models
ā¢ Works on a variety of ad-hoc projects and requests for clients as they arise

ā¢ Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
ā¢ Positive attitude

ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills

ā¢ Enthusiastic about learning and professional development
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
ā¢ 8+ years' experience in insurance/group employee benefits
ā¢ Current or prior position in global employee benefits
ā¢ Life & Health License (if not currently licensed, must be willing to obtain license with OneDigital support)
