[Remote] Global ADP Payroll Manager (ADP GlobalView & ADP Celergo)

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm seeking a highly experienced Global ADP Payroll Manager with expertise in multi-national payroll operations. The role involves managing complex global payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead end-to-end processing of complex, multi-country payrolls using ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo
ā¢ Oversee payroll calendars, funding, approvals, and disbursements across multiple regions
ā¢ Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements
ā¢ Manage and maintain data flows between internal HRIS systems and ADP platforms
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve integration/interface issues to ensure data integrity
ā¢ Partner with HRIS and IT teams on system enhancements, testing, and upgrades
ā¢ Ensure payroll operations comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls
ā¢ Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
ā¢ Monitor legislative changes impacting payroll processes globally
ā¢ Generate and analyze payroll reports for Finance, HR, leadership, and tax authorities
ā¢ Provide insights into labor costs, headcount metrics, and payroll variances
ā¢ Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual processes
ā¢ Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll inquiries from employees, leadership, and vendors
ā¢ Partner with global payroll vendors and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
ā¢ Maintain strong service-level performance and continuous process improvements
ā¢ Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings, reconciliations, adjustments, and statutory reporting
ā¢ Oversee preparation and validation of annual tax forms and country-specific filings
ā¢ Ensure accurate year-end accruals and reporting
Skills
ā¢ 7ā10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a global or multi-entity organization
ā¢ Demonstrated experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries
ā¢ Proven leadership experience overseeing global payroll processes and vendor relationships
ā¢ Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP GlobalView (required)
ā¢ Advanced, hands-on expertise with ADP Celergo (required)
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
ā¢ Experience with HRIS integrations and payroll system implementations/enhancements preferred
