The Enterprise Account Manager for Data Centers will manage key Enterprise accounts, drive growth through new opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned vertical segment and assigned accounts including a deep understanding of Facilities, Design, Construction, Operations, and LifecycleIdentify, Land, and Expand Enterprise accounts/opportunities primarily through new construction & owner-direct portfolio-buy opportunitiesStrong emphasis on net-new opportunities & business developmentPursue qualified leads at the Enterprise level & expand existing BU touchpointsCoordinate & Collaborate with all Carrier personnel (Global & Regional BU Sellers & Leadership) throughout the sales & account management processWork closely with BU sellers to identify cross-BU expansion opportunitiesCreate and update formalized Enterprise account plans both globally & regionallyEvolve and drive a holistic global account strategy based on customer and vertical insightsInfluence customers to purchase Carrier products & solutionsIn collaboration with other Carrier resources, develop tailored solutions to meet specific customer needsUnderstand and influence customer's investment roadmap relevant to Carrier products & solutions to drive expansionExpand relationships within assigned accounts to access new decision makers and uncover new opportunitiesSkillsBachelor's Degree5+ Years of Sales, Business Development, or Data Center Mechanical/HVAC, Design, Construction, and/or Owner Segment ExperienceAbility to travel up to 25%-50% including International for both clients & conferencesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or related disciplineStrong collaboration, transparency, and team leadership capabilitiesExperience in developing National, Strategic, or Enterprise Accounts for Facilities/HVAC, Mechanical Design, or ConstructionProven experience developing, navigating, & managing Data Center owner accounts highly preferred โ Engineering, Procurement, Construction, & OperationsMechanical/HVAC/Controls experience preferred, but segment experience in other facility aspects or building solutions acceptableProven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of an organizationAbility to communicate with high altitude customer stakeholders (e.g., C-Suite)Ability to engage with senior executives and create demand for new solutionsProven experience and ability to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that drive value growth for customersAbility to lead multi-functional teams to resolve unusually complex problemsHighly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities and ambiguityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience.
