They are seeking a Global Account Manager to manage Critical Power solutions and services for Hyperscaler accounts within the Data Center space, focusing on growth, relationship management, and compliance with contracts.ResponsibilitiesDeliver growth within existing accountsCultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issuesWork cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricingUpdate pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce)Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programsFacilitate information flow and develop growth opportunitiesManage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfactionEnhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teamsEnsure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex businessSkillsTypically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experienceExperience being a point of contact on large key business accountsExperience working within sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center AccountsDemonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skillsDemonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related businessDemonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areasExperience managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, selling Low Voltage Power Distribution (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) products and servicesCompany OverviewAnord Mardix is the global leader in critical power distribution and protection.
