[Remote] Global Account Manager

The Global Account Manager is responsible for increasing market share through developing and implementing strategies for global account penetration, while meeting quotas and managing corporate account programs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute unified collaborative account marketing plans with management to maximum account penetration within assigned accountsDevelop analysis of industry and accounts to target, set priorities, which direct the activities of the sales organization, rep groups, and dealers to achieve planned volume of salesDevelop a forecasting system and manage the sales process through pending business reportsResponsible for regional budgetMaintain target account profile information (key personnel, primary locations, and account activity) by location of assigned accounts and major prospectsCoordinate support of major accounts and monitor all activities within those assigned accountsCoordinate negotiations of major account agreements in conjunction with the National DirectorDevelop plans to increase high-level contacts at target accounts, through a strategic effort that will increase penetrationEstablish the company as an industry leader, through an in-depth understanding of competitive account programsServe as a liaison between the factory and the customer/dealer on shipment and quality mattersFrequent contact with assigned accounts and prospects regarding sales penetration and service issuesSales and Marketing groups regarding programs and services; Executive management regarding assigned account activity and relationship building; Operations regarding product, scheduling and marketing programs; Administration (Customer Service, Order Entry).
