THE MISSION: THE NEXUS OF DATA & CREATIVITY

You will serve as the critical bridge between media buying and creative strategy. Your mandate is to design, deploy, and optimize full-funnel journeys—with a surgical focus on advertorials and landing pages that capitalize on the high-intent nature of Google Ads traffic.

Compensation: €45,000 – €50,000 + Executive Benefits
Operational Model: 100% Remote (Must be based within the European Union)
Seniority: 1+ Year of documented success in Performance Marketing or Copywriting

STRATEGIC MANDATE: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Conception: Continuously architect and build high-converting advertorials, iterating across diverse psychological angles and consumer personas.
Methodological Roadmaps: Structure testing cycles based on rigorous hypotheses. You define the what, the why, and the definitive success metrics.
Data Intelligence: Rigorously evaluate split tests, decoding CTR, CVR, and ROAS to determine not just which creative won, but the underlying behavioral reason why.
Journey Mapping: Identify systemic drop-off points and harmonize the user's transition from the initial ad impression to the final checkout.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate intimately with our Performance Marketing team to ensure technical infrastructure and creative strategy are perfectly synchronized.
Client Authority: Present findings, test results, and future growth roadmaps directly to clients with executive-level confidence and clarity.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: ANALYTICAL RIGOR & RHETORIC

The Advertorial Pro: You have authored and audited so many advertorials for paid traffic that you intuitively recognize winning patterns and systemic flaws.
Direct Response Specialist: You have mastered the tactical craft of hooks, leads, psychological angles, and proactive objection handling.
Traffic Native: You command the nuance of "Search Intent" and understand why Google Ads requires a vastly different approach than Meta or TikTok.
Analytical Mindset: You eradicate guesswork; you utilize data as the primary driver for every strategic pivot.
AI Integration: You leverage AI as a force multiplier to accelerate your workflow while maintaining a critical eye for brand voice and quality.
Linguistic Mastery: Native or C2 German for high-stakes copywriting; B2 English for internal global collaboration.
Bonus Points: Expertise in Health, Beauty, or Supplements and a background in Voice of Customer (VOC) research.
