THE ROLE: ARCHITECTING THE USER JOURNEY
In this capacity, you are more than a copywriter—you are a conversion architect. You will own the "middle" of the funnel, designing high-impact advertorials and landing pages engineered to capture and convert high-intent traffic from Google Ads.
Remuneration: €45,000 – €50,000 + Bespoke Benefits
Operational Model: 100% Remote (Must be based within the European Union)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on performance marketing success.
STRATEGIC MANDATE: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Execution: Direct the development and launch of high-volume advertorials, perpetually testing diverse psychological angles and hooks.
Methodological Testing: Replace "random" creative moves with structured, hypothesis-led testing roadmaps that yield actionable data.
Funnel Orchestration: Map the end-to-end customer journey to eliminate friction and ensure absolute alignment between the creative message and user expectations.
Data-Driven Iteration: Dive into the analytics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to deconstruct success and determine how to double down on winning variables.
Collaborative Synergy: Sync daily with the Media Buying team to ensure a seamless match between the ad creative and the landing page experience.
Client Authority: Act as the strategic expert in client sessions, presenting test results and future growth directions with clinical clarity.

Proven Track Record: You possess extensive experience writing and auditing advertorials for paid traffic, recognizing winning patterns with intuitive speed.
Direct Response Expertise: A deep-rooted understanding of hooks, leads, and the psychological nuances of proactive objection handling.
Platform Intelligence: You command the nuance of Google Ads traffic and understand how to tailor copy to capture "search intent" vs. "interruption intent."
