ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Engineer who will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and deploying Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. The role focuses on building core contact center capabilities and collaborating with delivery teams and clients to ensure successful implementation and production readiness.ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions for core contact center functionsSupport the build and deployment of a browser-based agent desktopAssist with inbound and outbound voice routing, skills-based routing, and queue configurationSupport telephony setup, including carrier connectivity and SIP conceptsParticipate in solution configuration, testing, issue resolution, and production stabilizationCollaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams for a smooth transition into operationsDevelop and maintain configuration documentation and support materialsTroubleshoot platform, routing, and telephony issuesSupport reporting and operational visibility through standard Genesys Cloud capabilitiesSkillsExperience configuring, implementing, and deploying Genesys Cloud contact center solutionsExperience building core contact center capabilities, including call flows, IVR, routing, queues, permissions, reporting, and basic telephony integrationAbility to collaborate with delivery teams and clients to support implementation activities, testing, and production readiness in a FedRAMP environmentExperience with inbound and outbound voice routing, skills-based routing, and queue configurationKnowledge of telephony setup, including carrier connectivity and SIP conceptsAbility to participate in solution configuration, testing, issue resolution, and production stabilizationExperience developing and maintaining configuration documentation and support materialsAbility to troubleshoot platform, routing, and telephony issuesExperience supporting reporting and operational visibility through standard Genesys Cloud capabilitiesBachelor's degreeExperience supporting contact center transformation or migration effortsConsulting experience with clients or delivery teamsGenesys certifications preferredExperience with government or regulated environments is a plusCompany OverviewARK Solutions is an IT company that offers software consultancy services.
