[Remote] GA-Barred Defense Litigation Attorney (Remote and Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Latitude Legal is seeking a Georgia-based lawyer with significant personal injury defense litigation experience for a part-time flexible engagement position. The role involves drafting legal documents, attending court appearances, and researching legal issues while working remotely.

Responsibilities
• Drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
• Attend all court appearances and depositions for Georgia cases
• Handle all aspects of discovery
• Efficiently and competently research legal issues
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients

Skills
• 5+ years of litigation experience working on personal injury defense cases
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Outstanding references
• Trial experience a plus but not required
