The role involves acting as the lead contact for client relationships, ensuring proper staffing and training, and reviewing financial statements and investment transactions.ResponsibilitiesAct as lead contact for client relationships from proposal to engagement implementation and ongoing administrationEnsure proper staffing and training needs are met on engagementsDevelop and maintain procedures required to meet internal and external deliverables and client satisfactionReview and implement partnership allocation models based on partnership agreements for various clientsBecome knowledgeable of all key systems, including Investran Live and DXCoordinate and review investor communication, including capital call and distribution notices, as well as capital balances statements for various clientsReview investment transactions via Investran Live general ledger systemReview management fee calculations, invoices, and journal entriesReview daily and monthly cash reconciliations for various partnerships and related portfolio companiesReview the fund financial statements (Statements of Assets and Liabilities/Partners’ Capital, Operations, Partners’ Capital, and Cash Flow) and other management reporting (IRR performance summaries, investment transaction reports, etc.)Work alongside the Director/Senior Director to provide direction on various projects and inquiries, including reviewing material prepared by staff.
