[Remote] Functional Database Analyst- ERP System
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baptist Health is looking for a Functional Database Analyst- ERP System to join their team. This position involves the functional configuration of the ERP system and managing data exchange between the ERP and clinical systems, as well as coordinating training for system employees.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the functional configuration of system ERP system and system contract management softwareResponsible for the transactional exchange of data between the system ERP and all necessary clinical systems, i.e., Epic, Horizon Surgical Manager (HSM), and Omnicell®Coordinate training for all system employees on usage of these systemsResponsible for management of the ERP system dataNew Product Request express form process managementManagement of all contract dataFunctional system management of inventory controlPAR managementRequisition template management for all operationsEnsure the application of legal, ethical and sound business practices through the establishment and adherence to policy and procedure of the organizationTravel will be a requirement of this position as deemed necessarySkillsAssociate degree or minimum of 2 years of analytical or ERP data management experience is required in lieu of degreeDemonstrated experience in advancing a genuine customer-centered attitude to the supply chain function, and the capacity to in System Services that philosophy in user-friendly services working collaboratively with clinicians, physicians, and stakeholders in an interdisciplinary service environmentSome knowledge of medical/surgical supplies and equipment necessary to complete jobProficient in excel and ERP software preferredPreferred experience with Workday ERP and Evisort CLMCompany OverviewFounded in 1924 in Louisville, Kentucky, Baptist Health is a full-spectrum health system dedicated to improving the health of the communities it serves.
