[Remote] Functional Analyst / Product Analyst

Skills
ā¢ 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Consultant supporting technology or digital products
ā¢ Strong understanding of product functionality and business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
ā¢ Hands on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement
ā¢ Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and QA to support product delivery
ā¢ Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and document functional specifications in a clear and structured manner
ā¢ Understanding of project lifecycle requirements
ā¢ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting business users, validating functionality against requirements, logging and tracking defects, and coordinating issue resolution with technical teams
ā¢ Experience with defect tracking and test support using tools such as Azure DevOps
ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
ā¢ Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Experience with design thinking, UI/UX concepts, wireframes, or mockups
ā¢ Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar products and Agile management platforms
ā¢ Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, or metrics to support product decisions
ā¢ Knowledge of Healthcare domain
