Remote Fully Licensed Outpatient Therapist

We provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Pennsylvania. Our practice values authenticity, collaboration, professionalism, and holistic wellness while creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians.
We are currently seeking a fully licensed outpatient therapist to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote outpatient therapy position providing telehealth counseling services to a diverse client population. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, clinically strong, and passionate about helping clients create meaningful change.
Clinicians will have flexibility in scheduling while receiving administrative and marketing support from the practice.
Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services via secure telehealth platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Conduct assessments and ongoing progress evaluations
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
• Collaborate with clients to support emotional wellness and treatment progress
• Manage caseload and scheduling effectively
Qualifications
• Active independent Pennsylvania license required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Strong knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation.
• Experience providing outpatient therapy services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering effective outpatient clinical services remotely.
• Ability to perform intake assessments accurately while demonstrating excellent patient care skills.
• Experience with children, adolescents, couples, or trauma preferred but not required
