[Remote] Full-Time Influencer Marketing Manager (40h/week) Own & Scale Our Influencer Growth Engine | Fast-Growing E-Commerce Brand

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Skinnify is a fast-growing e-commerce brand reinventing fitness by integrating resistance into everyday clothing. They are seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of their influencer channel, developing and executing strategies to scale this important growth area. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnify’s growth goals • Source, recruit, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, Hirebase, and other relevant platforms • Build and scale programs using impact.com, LTK, ShopMy, etc • Identify high-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand partners • Manage influencer contracts, payouts, tracking links, and performance reporting • Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and creative teams • Analyze performance (ROI, CPA, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns • Stay on top of influencer, UGC, and social commerce trends • Ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and compliance across all partnerships Skills • Hands-on experience building and scaling influencer marketing programs for DTC e-commerce brands • Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e-commerce brands • Hands-on experience with impact.com, LTK, and/or ShopMy • Strong strategic thinking - you know how to scale influencer programs profitably • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns • Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done Benefits • Full flexibility – Work remotely with ownership and autonomy • High-growth environment – From 0 to 150,000+ customers in 3 years • Real impact – You will directly shape one of our most important growth channels • Ownership & trust – This is not a “support” role; you lead the strategy • Highly rated workplace – 5/5 Glassdoor reviews Company Overview • Hey, we’re Skinnify – and we have a mission: to reinvent fitness!
